Cloud Migration & Scalable Infrastructure

Move to the cloud. Make it hold.

Whether you are moving off on premises servers, replatforming a legacy application or turning a proof of concept into a production platform, we plan and run the move. That covers architecture, migration, automation, security and cost control, so the new environment is faster, safer and cheaper to run.

At a glance

  1. Best for

Companies moving off on premises or legacy hosting, and teams whose prototype will not survive real world load.

  2. Starting point

A cloud readiness assessment or a proof of concept

  3. Delivery

Global team of cloud architects and engineers

  4. You'll work with

A solutions architect, a migration lead and cloud and DevOps engineers

The problems we solve.

Aging servers holding you back

Your servers are aging, costly to maintain and hard to scale.

A demo that isn't production ready

The demo is great, but nobody trusts it with real customers yet.

Stressful manual releases

Deployments are manual, releases are stressful and outages reach your customers first.

A cloud bill that keeps climbing

Your cloud bill keeps rising and nobody can explain why.

Six things you can point to when we are done.

01

Cloud readiness and migration plan

We inventory applications, data and dependencies, then decide what to rehost, replatform, rebuild or retire, with costs and a wave by wave schedule.

02

Migration execution

Staged moves of servers, databases and applications, with old and new running side by side and rehearsed cutovers that have a way back.

03

Proof of concept to production

A focused build that tests the riskiest technical assumption, then reengineering of the winners for real traffic.

04

Infrastructure as code and CI/CD

Every environment defined in version controlled code, with automated builds, tests and deployments.

05

Reliability and disaster recovery

Monitoring, alerting, backups, failover and runbooks, plus load and failure testing before customers find the limits.

06

Security and cost control

Hardened access, secrets and networks, compliance ready controls and regular cost reviews that cut waste.

Typical tools and methods

Five steps, each with something you can review.

01

Assess

We review your current systems, data, dependencies, security and spend.

02

Plan

We choose the target architecture and the migration approach for each system, and sequence the moves.

03

Prove

We migrate or build a pilot workload to test the design, performance and cutover steps.

04

Migrate and automate

We move workloads in waves while building pipelines, monitoring and security as code.

05

Cut over and optimize

We run load tests and failure drills, switch production on a planned date and tune cost and performance.

What changes for you?

The result, in plain terms.

A migration without surprises

Staged moves, parallel running and rehearsed cutovers keep the business running while systems change.

Stability under load

Tested capacity and failure drills mean growth does not mean outages.

Cloud spend you can explain

Costs are tagged, tracked and reviewed, so you know what you are paying for and why.

Which cloud do you recommend?

The one that fits your workload, team skills and compliance needs. We compare the options before recommending, and we work across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.

Will we have downtime during migration?

We plan to keep it to a minimum. Systems run in parallel, cutovers are rehearsed and any downtime is scheduled in a window you agree in advance.

Can you migrate databases and legacy applications?

Yes. We plan migrations in stages, and where an application cannot move as it is, we replatform or rebuild the parts that need it.

Do you help with compliance?

We prepare the technical controls and documentation that standards such as SOC 2 and HIPAA expect. Certification itself is carried out by an independent auditor.
